1. Use of the Platform

YegamAI provides an engineering training ecosystem that includes:

• Training programs and learning resources
• Assessments and evaluations
• Student portal access for tracking progress
• Placement support and career services

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. YegamAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, redistribute, or share training materials, assessments, or proprietary content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information in your profile, assessments, or applications
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform without prior authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All training content, assessments, the 12-step training model, curriculum materials, software, branding, and other content on the YegamAI platform are the proprietary property of YegamAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our explicit written consent.

5. Placement Disclaimer

YegamAI provides training and placement support services to help students prepare for careers in engineering. However, completion of our training programs does not guarantee employment or placement. Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, individual performance, and employer requirements. YegamAI acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YegamAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the platform after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
