Our Story
We started YegamAI because we saw a gap that no one was fixing. Engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu and South India — especially in tier-2 and tier-3 cities — produce thousands of talented students every year. But too many of them fail interviews. Not because they lack ability, but because they lack the right training.
The curriculum does not prepare students for what companies actually ask. Students learn theory but cannot write code under pressure. They study textbooks but cannot explain their projects in an interview. They have degrees but not the skills companies need on day one.
We started YegamAI to change that. We built a training system that focuses on performance — not content consumption. We train students the way athletes train: daily practice, real pressure, honest feedback, and measurable improvement.

Engineering & Training
Our training team includes software engineers with experience at product companies and IT service firms. They know what companies look for because they have been on the hiring side. Every trainer has built production software and conducted real interviews.
Product Development
Our product team builds riva.day — an enterprise property management platform. This is not a side project. It is production software used by real businesses. Our training graduates contribute to building it, getting hands-on experience with real codebases.
Placement & Partnerships
Our placement team works directly with colleges and companies across Tamil Nadu and South India. They understand the campus recruitment process — TCS NQT, Infosys InfyTQ, Wipro NLTH — and prepare students specifically for these assessments.
