Technical Trainer — Placement & Coding

Train college students for IT-services placements — aptitude, coding fundamentals, and interview readiness. You will run live sessions, review student work, and decide when a student is ready to move forward.
What you'll do
- Conduct live coding and aptitude sessions for placement-track students
- Review student assignments and give specific, actionable written feedback
- Run mock technical interviews and calibrate student readiness
- Track per-student progress and coordinate unlock decisions with the center admin
- Contribute questions and worked examples to the curriculum
What we're looking for
- Strong fundamentals in programming (Java or Python) and quantitative aptitude
- Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical interviews
- Clear communication in English and Tamil
- Comfort working with students from Tamil-medium and tier-2/tier-3 college backgrounds
Nice to have
- +Experience with TCS NQT, Infosys InfyTQ, or Wipro NLTH preparation
- +Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle or similar)
